Flashing red and green light on haptic box

Hi. I’ve just bought my G5 D-box and tried installing it yesterday. I, however, keep getting flashing red and green lights on the haptic box. As a result, I’m unable to refresh my firmware and the configurator shows no communication with the actuators.

D Box system configurator shows up my haptic bridge as “unknown,” requesting I refresh firmware status. The refresh process fails each time, coming up with the message “please connect all system components.”

D-Box Haptic Bridge (________) [Unknown (Refresh firmware status)} - this is what I continue to get.

Any help will be appreciated.

I would like to emphasize the significance of validating the voltage of the Haptic Actuator. In many cases, the voltage may not align with the regional output, leading to potential issues.

Please ensure that all four Haptic Actuators are operating at the correct voltage and none of them are connected to a GFI Breaker.
